What exactly am I paying HTFlow for?

Your subscription pays for the HTFlow platform: projects, editor limits, exports, history, collaboration, and support. AI provider usage and custom-domain hosting are separate.

What is the AI wallet?

The AI wallet is an optional managed dollar balance used when you choose HTFlow billing in the agent. It is not included in a plan; active Pro and Team users can top it up as needed.

How is BYOK different from the AI wallet?

BYOK means Bring Your Own Key. When BYOK is selected, HTFlow uses your provider key and deducts $0 from your wallet. Your AI provider bills token usage directly.

Can I top up my wallet?

Yes. Active Pro and Team users, including Lifetime customers, can top up from Billing. Free users need a platform upgrade first.

Which AI providers can I bring with BYOK?

One OpenRouter key, which serves Claude, GPT, Gemini, Kimi, DeepSeek, Qwen, Grok and more from a single balance. Switch models inside the agent; there is only ever one key to keep.

Can I use HTFlow without any AI key?

Yes. MCP is free, and every plan can use BYOK. Managed HTFlow Wallet models require both an active Pro or Team platform plan and a positive purchased balance.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle.
