Webflow automation,so the busywork runs itself.

Form leads copied into a CRM by hand, CMS items updated one by one, the same email sent again and again. We connect Webflow to your tools so it all happens on its own — and tells you if it ever doesn't.

01Sound familiar?

Hours lost tocopy and paste.

01

Copy-paste between tools

The same details typed into the CRM, the sheet and the email.

02

Leads slip through

A form lands in someone's inbox, and nobody follows up in time.

03

CMS updates by hand

Hundreds of items edited one at a time, every time something changes.

02What's included

Pick one,or take them all.

Forms to CRM

Every form submission goes straight to where your team works, with the right person alerted.

  • HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Airtable
  • Google Sheets and email follow-ups
  • Slack or email alerts for new leads

CMS sync

Keep your Webflow CMS in step with the place your data already lives, both ways where it makes sense.

  • Airtable, Notion or Google Sheets
  • Your product database through the Webflow API
  • Scheduled or instant updates

AI workflows

AI that does the first draft — blog posts, alt text, translations, lead summaries — with a person approving before anything goes live.

  • Drafts saved to the CMS for review
  • Lead summaries and routing
  • Always an approval step

Integrations and custom code

When a no-code tool isn't enough, a small piece of custom code connects the rest.

  • Memberships, payments and bookings
  • Webhooks and small serverless functions
  • Anything with an API

04How it works

Six steps,no surprises.

You always know what's happening and what comes next. Nothing goes live until you've seen it.

Start with step one
  1. 1

    Map the busywork

    We do

We look at how work moves today — forms, sheets, emails, CMS updates — and list what could run on its own.

  2. 2

    Pick the wins

    You approve

A short list ranked by hours saved, so the first automations pay back fastest.

  3. 3

    Build

    We do

With the tools you already pay for where possible — Zapier, Make, n8n — or the Webflow API when they fall short.

  4. 4

    Test with real cases

    Together

We run it on copies and test submissions until every path works, including the odd ones.

  5. 5

    Switch it on

    We do

Live, with monitoring and an alert if anything fails.

  6. 6

    Hand over

    Together

Docs in plain words and a walkthrough video, so your team can change it later.

05How long it takes

One workflow in days,a system in weeks.

Single workflow2–4 days

One automation, such as form submissions into your CRM with an alert.

Automation package1–2 weeks

Several connected workflows plus a CMS sync.

Custom integration3–6 weeks

API work, custom code or AI workflows with approval steps.

06What we never skip

Quality you don'thave to ask for.

Failures never go unnoticed

Every automation alerts someone if it stops working.

A person approves AI output

Nothing AI-written is published without a human yes.

Your accounts, your keys

Built in your accounts, so you keep full control.

Tested on copies first

Real data is only touched once every path works.

08Questions

Good to knowbefore you start.

Something else on your mind?
Ask us directly

Which tools do you use?

Whatever fits and you already have: Zapier, Make or n8n for most workflows, and the Webflow API or a small piece of code when they're not enough.

Do we have to pay for Zapier or Make?

If an automation runs on them, yes — on your own account. We pick the cheapest reliable option, and n8n can run on your own server.

What happens if an automation breaks?

You get an alert straight away, and the docs explain what to check. We can also look after it for you each month.

Can AI publish to our site on its own?

It can, but we recommend an approval step: the AI drafts, a person checks, then it goes live.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many workflows you need and whether custom code is involved. Tell us what you need and you get a clear scope and a quote within 24 hours.
