HTFlow is a SaaS product that includes AI-powered generation credits. Due to the nature of our service — where AI credits are consumed immediately upon use — we do not provide refunds for any purchases, including subscriptions and credit top-ups.

Try Before You Buy

We offer a free tier so you can fully test and evaluate HTFlow before making any purchase. The free plan includes AI credits, access to the visual and code editor, and HTML/CSS export — giving you a complete picture of the product before committing to a paid plan.

We strongly encourage all users to take advantage of the free tier to ensure HTFlow meets your needs before upgrading.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time or credits
• Your subscription will not auto-renew

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension. We're committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.
