No Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for any purchase: monthly and yearly subscriptions, lifetime plans, custom-domain hosting plans and AI wallet top-ups are all final.
A subscription gives you immediate access to the platform, and wallet funds are spent on AI at the provider's price as you use them. Instead of refunds, a wallet balance never expires — money you add stays in your account until you use it.
Try Before You Buy
The Free plan lets you fully try HTFlow before buying anything: build a website in the visual and code editor, use the Site Agent with your own AI key, or build from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor through MCP. That gives you a complete picture of the product before you commit to a paid plan.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time
- Any AI wallet balance stays in your account and does not expire
- Your subscription will not auto-renew
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension. We're committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
