1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HTFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
HTFlow is an AI-powered website builder that helps users create websites and components for Webflow. The Service includes web-based tools, browser extensions, and IDE integrations.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. AI Usage
Plans pay for the HTFlow platform and do not include AI usage. You can power AI features with your own AI provider key, with your own AI subscription through MCP, or, on paid plans, with an optional AI wallet balance.
AI wallet usage is charged at the AI provider's price for each request, without a markup. A wallet balance does not expire. AI usage through your own key or subscription is billed by that provider under its own terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Generate content that violates intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
- Share account credentials with unauthorized users
- Use automated systems to abuse the Service
6. Intellectual Property
Content you create using HTFlow belongs to you. However, HTFlow retains all rights to the Service itself, including our AI models, code, and branding.
7. Payment and Refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. All payments — subscriptions, lifetime plans, hosting plans and AI wallet top-ups — are non-refundable. A Free plan is available to try the product before making any purchase.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
HTFlow is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
