HTFlow is an AI-powered website builder that helps users create websites and components for Webflow. The Service includes web-based tools, browser extensions, and IDE integrations.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. AI Credits and Usage

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when using AI features. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise specified in your plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Generate content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use automated systems to abuse the Service

6. Intellectual Property

Content you create using HTFlow belongs to you. However, HTFlow retains all rights to the Service itself, including our AI models, code, and branding.

7. Payment and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Refunds may be provided at our discretion within 14 days of purchase for unused credits. Credit purchases are non-refundable once consumed.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

HTFlow is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
